Do I need an appointment?
While we do accept walk-ins, we strongly recommend booking an appointment to ensure your preferred stylist and time slot are available. You can book via phone, WhatsApp, or our online form above.
What products do you use?
We exclusively use professional-grade products from L'Oréal Professional, Schwarzkopf, MAC, OPI, and Lakme. We never use local or unbranded products — your safety and results are our priority.
Do you offer bridal trial sessions?
Yes! We offer a full trial session 2-4 weeks before your wedding day. This is included in our Complete Bridal Package, or can be booked separately for ₹3,000 (adjustable against the final booking).
What is your cancellation policy?
We appreciate at least 4 hours notice for cancellations. For bridal bookings, we require 48 hours notice. Late cancellations may incur a 25% charge.
Can I buy the products you use?
Absolutely! We have a curated retail section with all the professional products we use. Our stylists can recommend the right products for your hair and skin type.
